Milo's Inn Policies

Milo’s Inn at Boulder is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.

DEPOSITS: Upon making your reservation, you will be charged a minimum of a one-night security deposit. This charge will be applied to the credit card you place on file. Ten days prior to your arrival, the credit card you place on file will be charged in full for the remainder of your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 10 (ten) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.  Only in this scenario will you receive a full refund.

TAXES & FEES: Rooms are subject to a 10% Nevada room tax.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is between 3:00pm and 9:00pm.  If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make prior arrangements especially since the building is locked up for the night between 9:00pm and 10:00pm.  

Check-out is at 11am.*  

CHILDREN: We welcome your children, however, our rooms have one built-in queen size bed only, no roll-aways are available.


PETS: We are pet friendly if your pet is friendly. You will be responsible for added cleaning costs of $25.00 (non-refundable) and any damages caused by your pet to our property.

SMOKING: Milo's Inn at Boulder is a non-smoking establishment.  If you smoke in your room, a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged on the credit card you place on file at the discretion of the management.  An ashtray is available in the alley behind the inn for smokers.  Also, Milo's Cellar does allow smoking at it's outside bistro tables.

NUMBER OF ROOM OCCUPANTS: Each room has one queen bed that sleeps up to two (2) people.  Our Inn, therefore, sleeps up to eight (8) people and our Courtyard is reserved for the owners and the guests who are staying overnight.


GUESTS OF INN GUESTS: Guests may not invite others to the courtyard without prior permission from the owners.  This policy is taken very seriously as we place great importance on ensuring the privacy of all our guests, therefore, we reserve the right to refuse access to any guests who violate this policy.
